We're Patty and Greg de Vries — and for over two decades, we've been helping people come home to themselves.

Patty works at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and holistic well-being.  She maintains the trails at Living Well and leads teams back to fulfilling work.   

Greg has been teaching meditation since 1999. Through MeditationCoach.com, he has guided thousands of people to stillness through breathwork, guided meditation, and the simple, radical act of slowing down. His work isn't a discipline for the already-disciplined. It's a return — to the quiet that was always there.

Together, we steward 4.5 acres of mountain sanctuary in the Santa Cruz Mountains above Los Gatos — elevated above the fog, with views stretching to Monterey Bay and the Pacific. Ancient redwoods. A 2,000-square-foot deck floating above the forest canopy. A natural well. Birdsong that settles nervous systems before the first session even begins.

We've watched something happen here, over and over: people arrive depleted and leave expanded. The land is part of that. We think of it as the third facilitator.

We believe that when leaders are given beauty, stillness, and skilled guidance, they don't fall behind. They catch up — to themselves, to each other, to what actually matters.
